Please be patient with us.
SISH is run entirely by volunteers. We aim to check our emails and phone once or twice a week, so it may take us a little time to get back to you!
For all general enquiries and information please check this web site (see opposite) or email your query to us.
Please note we do not have a telephone contact number, but if you email and leave your number we will get back to you. Because SISH is provided by a small group of committed volunteers there may be a delay in responding to emails.
Unfortunately SISH is not a crisis service and we cannot offer a phone or email support service. If you need to talk to someone now, you could call the Samaritans on 08457 90 90 90 (local rate calls, 24/7) or email firstname.lastname@example.org Or visit www.samaritans.org to find out more.
For other local and national resources that may be helpful, please see the Resources Page.

Please feel free to just turn up at any of the support group. If it is your first time, you can turn up a bit earlier as there is always a facilitator there before a group or workshop starts.
If you are interested in the Courses or in Getting Involved with SISH as a Volunteer then please contact us using the contact details opposite and we will give you further information.
