The distrACT app provides easy, quick and discreet access to general health information and advice about self-harm. While the app is mainly aimed at young people in the UK, those living in other parts of the world may also find it useful.

Hearing voices guide

The Hearing Voices a Guide to understanding helping and empowering individuals app offers support to address this issue; meeting the need for accessible, professional education in the health and social care sector.
This App has been developed by the Hearing Voices Project team at the University of Chester in partnership with the Hearing Voices Network England.
